Share Your David's Story
Did David's Bookshop play a part in your life?
As we prepare for David's... the Bookshop with a Difference, we're inviting local people to share their memories of one of Letchworth's most cherished shops. The exhibition celebrates the people, stories and lasting impact of David's Bookshop, and we'd love to include the voices of the community that made it so special.
Whether you remember buying your first book, meeting a favourite author, or simply spending time browsing the shelves, your story can help preserve an important part of Letchworth's history for future generations.
Sharing your memory only takes a minute.
Selected memories may help inform the exhibition and become part of the growing heritage record of David's Bookshop and its place in the town's story.
