Author of Into the Woods, and presenter of BBC Radio’s Opening Lines, story specialist John Yorke presents an introduction to the principals of narrative – how it works, and what makes some stories successful – then explores how integral narrative is to the creation, and interpretation of visual art.

LGCHF is partnering with St Thomas More Catholic School and a team of creatives to bring back Arbor Day, a unique piece of Letchworth’s heritage, which celebrates tree planting and care.

In February the Broadway Gallery will present an exhibition of paintings by the late artist and educator Amal Ghosh (1933 – 2022).
